Bus MULTIPLICITY

As part of repositioning the AVL (Autobus de la Ville de Luxembourg) service, the binsfeld agency was taken on to develop a visual identity for mobility and buses in Ville de Luxembourg. This corporate identity should be perfectly integrated with the new “multiplicity” brand image should convey the tagline’s values.

* Ville de Luxembourg has taken on the tagline “multiplicity”, intended to position the city nationally and internationally, and to make it more attractive as a place for working, living and entertainment, as a tourist destination, and as a commercial centre. Ville de Luxembourg is a multinational, multicultural, polyglot, multifunctional, multidimensional and multienvironment city.
The new design’s bands of colour are sections of the routes of the various modes of transport on a simplified map. The lines symbolise the routes by which the city’s people – the “i”s from the “multiplicity” logo – move around. The range of colours is based on the “multiplicity” visual identity.
Adapting this identity to the entire fleet of buses will enable the buses to become immediately recognisable “cult items”, which will undeniably mark the city’s image and underpin the “multiplicity” strategy.
